Make the Barb king easy picking by drawing him away from the base then use a minion or two to wipe hime out. This is quite effective if there are any out building away from air defenses , I've wiped a level 8 barb king out for the sacrifice of a lonely barbarian with only 2 minions.

Don't try this with the archer queen!
